When Do I Pay?
You pay only after you receive and accept a job offer. The payment is due within 30 days of your joining date at the new company.
How Much Do I Pay?
You pay 10% of your CTC (Cost to Company). This is a flat rate for everyone in the program. All terms will be clearly documented in your agreement before you start the program.
What If I Don't Get Hired?
If you don't secure a job placement, you pay absolutely nothing. There are no hidden fees, no minimum charges, and no obligations. We only succeed when you succeed.
To be eligible for the Pay After Placement program, you must:
Profile Requirements
- Complete resume and profile setup within the first week
- Provide accurate information about your qualifications and experience
- Consent to Auto Apply and outreach processes on your behalf
Active Participation
- Allow at least 150 qualified job applications through Auto Apply
- Respond to recruiter messages and interview invitations within 24-48 hours
- Attend all scheduled interviews and give your best effort
- Complete assigned tasks and questionnaires within agreed timelines
- Maintain regular communication and attend weekly mentor check-ins
Transparency
- Inform us of all interview outcomes and offer letters received
- Provide accurate salary information for payment calculation
- Not accept offers obtained through our services without disclosing them
Important Information
- Full-time employment with a legally registered company
- Written offer letter with salary details
- Software development, engineering, or related tech roles
- Internships, contract work, and unpaid positions do NOT qualify
